I’m a Licensed Professional Counselor and Substance Abuse Counselor with a Bachelor of Science in Psychology and Substance Abuse, and a Master of Art in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Liberty University.

I specialize in working with adolescents (16+), adults, and couples navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, PTSD, relationship challenges, eating disorders, life transitions, and more. My approach is collaborative and strength-based, honoring clients as the experts of their own stories while offering a safe, supportive space for healing and growth.​
